Do we need to use AWS in order to use BeHuman? Or is it possible to integrate our Zoom account instead? I'm trying to understand the AWS part.
I'm a coach and I reply on Zoom for my coaching calls and workshops. I would like start offering pre-recorded webinars in 2026 and I'm trying to understand if BeHuman can offer all of this.
Also, from what I've read, is it correct that currently, calls and sessions cannot be recorded? If we use Zoom through BeHuman, would that solve this issue?

BeHuman.Online is a versatile tool which allows you to deliver ticketed broadcasts, evergreen webinars, and host virtual meetings & meetups. As a host, you can structure these in any way you like. For example, you can create a conference with live streams, and allow attendees to self-network within the Lounge.
If you'd like to enable video conferencing, then yes you're correct that you will need to link to AWS for Chime SDK integration, or 100ms. If you link to 100ms then they provide 10,000 minutes monthly for free, which may entirely cover your needs.
We don't currently integrate with Zoom, so if you'd like to do video calling within BeHuman.Online then you'll need to link to either AWS or 100ms.
I recommend to go through some of our public demos - you will be able to create events very similar.
