Your event has a custom survey asking for details such as WhatsApp number and also email. I wonder are you expecting the registration email sent to the survey data field? The system treats this as a text field and does no automated processing for survey response data.

To trigger a registration email to be sent, you would have to register for your event using an email address or Google account which has not previously registered for your event. Survey response data when collected is just saved as raw data for you to do processing with later.
