I'm pretty sure that this is a great tool from the reviews here only the support documentation does not appear to reflect the actual situation and personally, despite not being completely stupid when it comes to technology, I find the whole experience intuitive, frustrating and thus far a waste of time. Is there a way to play a video with a countdown while people are logged in waiting for the event to begin? I plan on having just a few participants while live-streaming to other platforms. Also, can I play my own music during the event. Either by connecting my iPad or having the music easily accessible on my computer? TYIA
Will you allow Sumo-lings on tier 3 - 10, to update a custom domain link themselves (for each client needing it), instead of having to request it? It would be good to offer a fully branded event, with tailored domain name, to some clients. Is this something that is on your roadmap?
