But if I store media and only use your interface as an onboarding processes for example or any process but I only use prerecorded videos then your service is completely free to use for life? Do I store these with you (how much space) or via youtube or VLOUD or Hippovideo (or all 3) then it is free or how does it work If I want the free option and FREE candy website you provide?

You're correct - if you don't need to use the live video calling features, then there's no need to link to Amazon Web Services (AWS). And yes, your use of the platform would be free for life if you purchase this AppSumo deal.
Currently to embed content to your events in the platform, as you mentioned, you'd have to bring that content in from another source like YouTube. The platform supports embedding content from lots of different sources - I recommend registering for a free account and experiment with embedding content to find a method that works for you.
