This works witout AWS implementaiton as long as we do not use the table in the Lounge
and only that requires the AWS link needed for those LOUNGE video calls, otherwise everything on the platform is usable, is that right? 2. And so then there is no set up needed and everything is easy to use and understand even for beginners at computer stuff? Is that so? TY

In addition to hosting virtual video meetups, which does require linking to AWS for video data, you can use BeHuman.Online to host registration-enforced learning environments such as for evergreen webinars. Our training webinar is an example of this, where we actually didn't even enable the Lounge feature. Here's the link to our training webinar:
