About needing accounts for physical locations - this really depends on your intended usage and who's going to use the account. For example, maybe you only need one account to own and operate events on BeHuman.Online for all of your locations.

If you have a Host Pro level account, you can add unlimited co-hosts to your events, and these accounts can each be on the 'Free' level. For example, you can create an 'event' in the platform for each of your locations, then in each event, you can assign different administrators who can manage the content.
