If I have a team of 10, can each person be a host with the maximum number of attendees on my plan? Not as a cohost. Do we have to buy the maximum licenses for each team member, or can attendees as a host be shared among a team of 10? I am assuming that if they can be shared as a host, this can be done, but you can't run the maximum number of attendees simultaneously for each host—only one at a time?

Jun 5, 2026A: Hi Jake, thank you for your detailed question 🙏 Unlimited co-hosts can be assigned to each event within your account and can help manage many aspects of your events. At the moment, team members / co-hosts aren't able to directly create their own events and use your account's resources - they need to be assigned to an existing event within your account. For example, they can help manage registrations, edit event content, etc.
