n03lQ: Is allowing Sumolings to directly change the custom domain link, when needed, on your roadmap?
Will you allow Sumo-lings on tier 3 - 10, to update a custom domain link themselves (for each client needing it), instead of having to request it? It would be good to offer a fully branded event, with tailored domain name, to some clients. Is this something that is on your roadmap?

Yes — custom domains are supported, and many hosts use them to create fully branded event experiences for their clients.
At the moment, if you need to configure a custom domain, our team will assist with this step. Just email [email protected] and we'll take care of it for you.
We know that agencies and hosts working with multiple clients would benefit from self-managing custom domains, and this capability is on our roadmap.
