Q: My existing Tier is not being acknowledged when I sign into BeHuman.Online. Can you please help me?
So, I purchased your AppSumo Tier 1 access to BeHuman.Online deal last year. I activated my deal at that time, but I have not used this account since then. Last week, I successfully signed in, but BeHuman.Online does not seem to acknowledge my existing Tier 1 lifetime deal. I do not see my AppSumo Lifetime access to BeHuman.Online anywhere. I fear something is wrong due to my inactivity. I have e-mailed support several time at: support@behuman.online
On 08/06/2025 I received this reply: Your request (1115) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.
Is someone in fact working to resolve this? I have not heard anything more and I have not received any other replies/responces to my inquiry. Can you please help me resolve this?

I can see that your account on BeHuman.Online was registered using your Google account ******* on Feb 1, 2025, and last logged in today, Aug 6.
There aren't any AppSumo codes redeemed on your account though; It's possible you registered for BeHuman.Online but didn't input the AppSumo code details.
Could you please send the records of your AppSumo purchase, including the code?

Respectfully, I have not received ANY reply messages besides the initial ticket request that I mentioned previously. Nothing via spam, nor in my inbox, and nothing from my attempts to reach you via social media. Additionally, I sent proof of purchase Aug 6. However, I did not previously send my AppSumo code, and so, I have done that now. Please review, assist, and be sure to communicate with me.
