Q: Use Case
I use zoom to record videos for youtube, with me also sharing additional content while talking on the screen (coaching, teaching). I also need both the mp3 and mp4 files of the recordings, and when having meetings (that are recordable), I'm also looking to simply be able to provide clients a link to the meeting without having to sign up for a platform to attend the meeting, etc. Is this all available with BeHuman.Online? Thank you!

Sep 10, 2026A: Thank you for considering BeHuman.Online for your coaching & teaching! 🙏
Yes, BeHuman.Online can handle most of what you described:
✅ You can be on camera while sharing your screen/content.
✅ Meetings can be recorded when your event is connected to your 100ms.live account. You can record a composite view of the meeting, as well as individual participant streams, and download the resulting MP4 recordings from your 100ms.live account.
✅ Your clients don't need to create a BeHuman.Online account. You can enable the ability to access your event without an account, and simply send them the link to join. Optionally you can enable a registration survey to collect any additional details you may need.
The one difference is MP3: at the moment, we don't provide a direct MP3 download option. You would need to extract/convert the audio from the recording if you require an MP3 file.
So for recording coaching/teaching sessions with your camera + shared content, and for easy client meetings without requiring attendees to sign up for another platform, BeHuman should fit well 😊

Thank you. I'm not sure what a 100ms account is, is that part of the plan?
One way we keep costs down for our Hosts is by a hybrid "bring your own cloud" model. It's similar to "bring your own gas" when you rent a vehicle. We provide video calling up to 4 attendees per video room. To grow rooms beyond 4 callers, or to add other features like recording, we provide links to other video engines like AWS Chime, or 100ms.live.
