I purchased and redeemed a membership to use be.live a few years ago. I am now, 2 years later, attempting to log back in just to find out that my account has been disconnected. I reach out to customer service and they tell me that my username/email is some random string of letters and numbers. I express to them that I have never had that email, and I request that they readjust the username to my email that I have had for 30 years. They refused but kindly offered to make a new account if I re-pay for the services. I refused and thought I would warn others.

today I discover after we stalk three codes the comment assistance is not in our appsumo plan

so we will not get any update and only stick with our appsumo plan

I bought this LTD deal a couple years ago and last month my ability to download videos and audio after being live was removed. I reached out to help, talked to a rep and then never heard back. Anyone else having this issue?

Dear BeLive. Just try using BeLive to YouTube Livestream. Previously we were used to using Streamyard so we need to get used to and learn how BeLive works.

So far, BeLive is quite user friendly and make us easier to start live stream with YouTube, Facebook, or Linkedin (but still no option for Twitter Live / Periscope ?). Although, I still found some problem with this apps.

Previously we were used to using Streamyard so we need to get used to and learn how BeLive works. We actually happy with Streamyard, there is no common problem there. Everything smooth even access from mobile browser for guest. But, interested to try BeLive, hope this can be a replacement.

We use BeLive for produtcs live unboxing which uses multiple cameras to get different angles. There is a problem when guests are using Android and using a mobile browser. Guests cannot rotate images or change cameras.

Meanwhile, when guest using the iPhone application, the image quality is not good and can't change the resolution setting.

It is better to solve this problem immediately. It is even better if an Android application released is also available so that its functionality is maximized. Also, add on-screen participant will be great. Wish BeLive could be much better improvement as a streamyard killer.

Be.live makes streaming live on Facebook and Youtube a piece of cake. It's fun and easy to add others for interviews. It's a blast. The Best part is the excellent customer service and the whole Be.Live community. Thanks Be.live!!!! =)

I did several tests with it without problem, but the day of the real live event, it stopped streaming to YouTube after 42 minutes, leaving our guests hanging, although it kept recording in their servers (so it wasn't a problem with the connection, or it would have recorded on their servers). I asked their support about the issue and, after several messages in several days, I'm still waiting for an explanation and a fix more than 2 weeks later.

During the streaming event, although I have a new computer with the latest processor, 16Gb of RAM and a powerful NVidia GPU, the UI was quite lagging, noticing the slow animations form time to time. And the layouts and personalization are quite limited at the moment.

The AppSumo offer limitation of not being able to share a custom video is quite limiting for using your own entrance and goodbye videos. I resort to using OBS as a Virtual Webcam and be very careful. It's a bummer.

On the bright side, it's a good replacement for Streamyard and the like, and its a promising tool. If you buy it as a leap of faith in the future, when they have everything sorted out, then go ahead.

I just used be.live a bunch of times for a launch campaign we just did! I am extremely impressed with the quality and ease of use. There are many articles and tutorials, but to be honest I don't have much patience and yet I was still able to figure most things out. I bought 2 codes the first time and was happy to be able to upgrade and get a third this time around. This is probably the second best deal you'll ever find on AppSumo ;)

Would be a 5 TACO if they would add on a four, five or six stack to get the other options missing. Would love to get the Live Sales Link in an additional stack, 1080P export or unlimited storage. The owner/creator said in a response to a question about these features and wanting to get more stacks. SURE CONTACT SUPPORT AND THEY CAN GET YOU STRAIGHT. Well I contacted support and they basically told me the creator doesnt know what he is atalking about and there must be a misunderstanding. Even when I sent them the exact conversation string.

The support is fast, yet not live 24/7. The setup is quick. It has a n ease of use surpassed by few and I was up and running in just a few minutes. There was an audio issue, where support informed me to HIDE VIDEO but keep cam in Feed to keep the audio. After this my viewers were much happier that they could hear me. Looking forward to making this a 5 tacos once the added features are ironed out.

I tried it, but it was just problems after problems trying to get guests to join. My own video appeared glitchy too. That doesn't happen with other platforms. Nice features, but unreliable.

Apile 3 códigos para que pueda compartir pantalla con los invitados. Sin embargo me molesta el hecho de que solo puedas tener en vivo 4 asientos (entre invitados y pantalla). Por lo menos 12 asientos al igual que streamyard.

La calidad de solo 720 realmente es pobre incluso con 3 códigos. Hacer un gasto mensual solo por HD no me parece razonable.

Pensando en reembolsar si no mejora características.
¿Alguna hoja de ruta para saber en que mejorarán?

After taking up beLive, I did 2 live events last week, both on LinkedIn and Youtube. No problems with that.
Today, I did one and it only cast on youtube. Somehow it did not appear on my LinkedIn despite having the same configurations.
This software still needs some work, I believe, though overall looks satisfactory.
Also, I hope the comments on LinkedIn can be viewed on BeLive.

Finally an LTD option for what seems to be a streamyard killer.

Be.Live UI is clean an intuitive. This is great for interviewees not very tech savvy. The ease of use is amazing.

Tier 3 is a must but don’t expect to get 1080p or Live sales.

I just realized that this feature isn’t included and if I want it the feature will cost a monthly fee after purchasing an LTD because I hate monthly fees. I understand omitting 1080p from the deal due to server costs but the Live sales feature at least at face value doesn’t incur additional costs for you. i hope they reconsider adding live sales to the app sumo deal. They will surely get more customers and retain new ones. Thank you.

Are there any plans to add live sales in the next 60 day? I might need to cancel if live sales isn’t included at least for tier 3.

I want to believe that this software is what I need--and I do! However, after purchasing 3 codes, I found out that I don't get access to all the features--key features like recording offline, live sales and recording in HD--what the what?! They don't even mention that these features are extra (meaning, you have to pay extra for them) when you're purchasing the software codes.

I really wanted to keep this software, but THANK GOODNESS I can get my money back. I may look at StreamYard or Melon App instead.

I don't like the base plan doesn't let the guest share the screen. I was very sad about this.

I love the belive app. It is easy to use and even easier to set up. Plus the team has been amazing. You won my heart and my 5 Tacos

This is definitely 5 tacos. It was easy to set up, easy to figure out the different features and I love the features such as the countdown widget, screen sharing, and being able to show comments on the screen.

I no longer dread going live.

Bought 3 codes and did a livestream, my enthusiasm was toned down quite a bit after I discovered during my live that even with 3 codes it's not possible to have a guest share their screen.

Also, it's not possible to have a shared screen on full screen in the livestream and still have two people in screen as well.

I reached out to support and I must say they're really friendly and quick so that's great, my compliments.

Turns out that guest screen sharing will be a paid monthly subscription, so I'm re-considering my choice at this point because to me that's a main feature.

I've tried another live stream service but didn't want to pay the monthly fee to get the features I actually needed. Be.Live has everything you need to have a great live stream all for one flat fee. If you do or plan to do any live streaming, don't miss out on this App Sumo deal.
