BerqWP - Speed Optimization on Autopilot Reviews

It has performed exactly as it promised. I'm getting great results across the board on client websites and it has not broken anything yet.

I grabbed the single code just to test it, and boom. My site jumped to 90+ on both mobile and desktop. I’ve tried so many tricks earlier with WP Rocket and Perfmatters together, but still used to struggle to hit those numbers. BerqWP did it in a few clicks. Honestly, if you manage WordPress sites, this is one plugin you should not skip.

Don't waste you time, MONEY and effort with WP Rocket. This app is simple to implement and does what it says! I've spent months/years mucking around with WP rocket and never got the results I wanted. I purchased three codes which gave me 10 websites, implemented six yesterday and all of them are running at over 90% on Google page speed test for Mobile and Desktop. Right now WP Rocket is $299 USD per annum for 50 Websites.

I bought the BerqWP AppSumo deal (8 codes, $300+), trusting the platform and thinking it was the best lifetime option. Later, BerqWP released the same plugin on their own website with better features (like Fluid Images) and an unlimited website plan for only $249 — much cheaper than what I paid on AppSumo.

That’s completely unfair to early customers who supported them first. When I contacted BerqWP, their support took 3 days to reply, which is unacceptable for a speed optimization company claiming to be “agency-ready.”

I also reached out to AppSumo support, but since my refund period had expired, they refused to issue a refund or adjustment — even though this situation clearly wasn’t my fault. I was offered a $10 coupon, which feels like a joke compared to the amount I spent and the frustration caused.

So in the end, I paid more money for fewer features, got slow support, and no real solution from either BerqWP or AppSumo.

I’ve been a loyal AppSumo user for years, but this experience really changed my trust level. Both companies need to treat early supporters fairly and stand behind their promises. Right now, I cannot recommend BerqWP or this AppSumo deal to anyone.

One of the worst investments I have ever done! I used it for my website + 5 clients (total 6 websites). It broke 5 of the 6 websites (the one that still works is a simple landing page). I contacted their support and tried again and again. Their answer after me insisting and sending reminder each time was always coming 3-4 weeks later but still without solution. It's been more that 4 months that I've sent them totally about 8 emails and I've received 3 answers with "no real answer". Unfortunately I realised that this is a total waste of money. I advise you to AVOID this at any cost. Disappointed and feel fooled.
