I have been going back and forth over getting this.
I can use it for free or just continue to use Loom.

Loom certainly has its pro's and con's, and I wanted to see if this Berrycast was really worth the switch.

I can say within only having used it now for the past 30 minutes or so I am in love!

The user interface is dreamy. Just gorgeous.
Clean. Easy to navigate. Easy to use. Easy to understand.

The only 2 things I prefer Loom over Berrycast for is:
-The ability to trim videos (not as a full video editing solution, but to remove the dead space that isn't necessary for a viewer to sit through as I navigate around my screen while I record)
-The ability to resize the camera

That's it!

Otherwise, I'd say Berrycast kicks Looms ass! It is beautiful and I can see it being a close companion of mine for years to come.
