Good Program, Horrible Customer Service
I have had the pleasure to use BerryCast now for a month, and even though it is limited compared to Loom, it has been a good alternative. However, the customer service is horrible. I have submitted an issue to be resolved, and it has been almost 2 weeks with no reply. The one person who responds is very brief and never gets back to you. I hope that this improves as the service grows. Customer service is vital in any business. When you have a lack of customer service, then you will lose customers. I would only recommend this service if you would like to pay one price for life. That is about the only benefit of purchasing this service. Be prepared for some viewers to have to deal with endless buffering. A 2-minute video I recorded, took one of my viewers 15 minutes to watch. I am strongly considering requesting a refund but may keep the purchase to send videos to some, and the ones that have issues watching the videos, I will use Loom's free service. My only issue is that we use videos for pitches and this would not look good to a potential client if the system is not working properly. Shameful! Also, what is the point of having team members and then having to go into each of their accounts to update the branding? Why is this not able to be controlled by the owner of the account? Part of having a team is to allow you to limit what the team member can do. What is to prevent one of my team members to brand their profile with their own information and not the companies info? Bad setup! Hopefully, this will be addressed and updated in a later update.

For the branding, it's on purpose, a lot of AppSumo share their licenses with their client. So we can't apply the owner branding to all sub users because of that.
