Very good so far:
- Regularly updated
- No major functionality issues so far
- Prompt support response time
- Easy to use

Unless we've missed these features would like to see them added/improved:
- Advance editing/marking up tools including blurring relevant areas on the screen
- Ability to access and copy recordings while they are being uploaded
- More screen recording options such as parts of the screen or browser tab/window and etc.
- Addtional access security/privacy options
