I bought berrycast during the Black Friday Deal. Me and my team we are using it very frequently and it has changed the way we work.

Pros:

1) No need to have a meeting with the graphic designer to explain the revision. Just record a video, and it's done.

2) I have a virtual assistant, I am recording each task while explaining it to her. So if in future she is changed, I don't have to teach the same task again. (Great for SOP and process optimization)

3) If there is a new software update, or need to teach any technical things to the team, quickly record in berry cast and share with the team (before we had to organize a meeting).

So overall berry cast has helped us to remove all unnecessary meetings.

Cons:

1) Their product update and bug fixing are very slow. (From time to time it creates some issues, e,g the uploading fails or the video recorder doesn't start).
2) requested to fix their custom branding (now in custom branding it is still written "Made with Berrycast" in the footer section and also if someone visits the custom domain, it redirects to their homepage. Not fixed yet.)

Hope the team will fix it soon.
