I am a now a Be (rry) liever!
I've used use Loom in the past then fell in love with Clapboard because of I can custom brand with my logo, and other great features BC does not have. I didn't think I needed Berrycast but decided to give it a try after so many good reviews. All I can say is wow! First, I like that I can start recording from the side of my desktop without having to log on to a chrome extension, and its super FAST.
The bad - Berrycast branding IS overkill. I had a glitch with not all my contacts syncing and messaged them. Going on Day 3 and still no one at BC has even read my message.
Some suggestions I submitted: 1) Video expiration dates, 2.) Options for aspect ratio recording for exact dimensions, like 16:9, 1:1, 3) Some custom branding like clapboard, 4) Shorter URL (boy are they long).

1. Expiration date is one of our target feature too, thanks for your +1 on that.
2. For the specific aspect ratio, can you explain me the needed? It's the first time I saw that need. I'm very curious!
3. WhiteLabel will come!
4. Shorter URL will be a security issue, we prefer to be more secure. You can refer to the Zoom problem, that was because of shorter URL.
