As a longtime Techsmith SnagIt and Camtasia user, I was looking for an alternative screen capture tool. I think I've found it with Berrycast! True, it does not have all the bells and whistles that other tools have, but their roadmap says that they will include many features in the near future. As a tech writer, I often have to do screen captures, so I'm looking forward to usng this tool! The screen capture is flicker free, clear, and once done, a sharable link is created that you can give people immediately. The fact that you have unlimited video storage is icing on the cake, so you don't have to worry about moving the video file to a cloud or other storage device.
