Berrycast has renegged on it's Lifetime deal. Now my account says it is limited to 20 hours of recorded videos. I can't add more videos because I have 50 hours of videos. I bought 3x Appsumo codes from them in 2020 for unlimited usuage for 20 users. Now it is unusable for all of us.

I've emailed their support line 4 times over the last 2 weeks to ask about it and have not received any response.

Also, even if you do reneg on the deal and refuse to honour the original contract, at a minimum you could make it easier for me to remove videos to get under 20 hours. But for the hundreds of videos I have in Berrycast, it will be very hard to do.

I've used Berrycast for regularly for a few years. It's a been regular part of how I communicate. It still says "Appsumo"
on my account right next to the 20h limit. For them severly restrict my account, with no communication at all to me, shows a complete disregard for someone who up to now was a big supporter of their product.

They are completly untrustworthy and I would never suggest someone to use their service.
