Q: Delayed answers to questions here
Its a strange thing to launch here on such a massive platform like appsumo, and not be on top of answering queries from potential buyers. Is it not logical and good business sense to prioritise this? I have bought this on top tier but seems like a red flag.

I ran into an issue with Adnova (a similar product) that wasn't mapped to the AS deal. The founder launched a new feature, claiming it was a different product. We haven't received any updates for the launched feature, and it is useless now. We invest our money in it and share our feedback, tolerating all the bugs and really hoping to see it grow. Hope you understand our concern.
