Competitor Analysis is not loading competitors
I bought the deal because I wanted to analyze competitor ads. But unfortunatelly, when I input competitor , bestever platform starts analyzing and it never ends. The analysis of one of the competitors is running for 3 days and no result at all. I entered another competitor and I was able to get their ads, but yesterday I removed that competitor and added again and now, I cannot get the second competitor analysis either.
I reported this bug 3 days ago but I have not heard from Bestever. They dont have Help or Customer Service buttons in the website which leave the user helpless.
I wanted them to reach out to me when I reported the bug and get things sorted there but since I did not get responce from them, I ended up writing here.
If there are customer service personal here, I would like to get explained why competitor analysis is not loading the ads, keeps loading? and how can I fix it?

I believe we responded to your support ticket but didn’t hear back about the competitor that had been stuck loading. There was a bug affecting competitor analysis a while back, but it’s since been fixed. We’re a small crew but always do our best to help sort things out.
Typically, if the competitor you’re analyzing doesn't run any ads, the result will show as “no ads found.” You can try removing the competitor and adding it again if it gets stuck. Once a competitor is added, it takes up a slot, but removing it allows you to re-add without using additional slots. On some lower tiers, the number of competitor slots is limited, so it’s best to manage them carefully.
