A: Actually, there's no dependency with Elementor, just extra integration to design easily within Elementor. But the pages works independently with any theme, also within any builder if you use the shortcodes.
Further down an answer indicated shortcodes could be used with other themes, but I'd definitely still love to know the more full answer to this question as well.

co) Instant Answer widget on an iOS device (in my case, I’m using an iPhone Xs v13.3) and tell if the widget works properly at your end?
On Decemver 10th, I reported some bugs and glitches (+ some UI/UX improvements) via live that make the widget completely unusable for mobile visitors.
## Examples of Bugs and Glitches:
— When you open an article, it doesn’t open at the beginning (top) of the article. At the same time, scrolling up an article doesn’t work.
— When an article is open, the search field doesn’t work.
— At the bottom edge of an open article, there seems to be a 3px thick transparent gap where you can see content from the same article as if the same article is open in two layers. The back layer is basically bleeding through the front layer. (Screenshot: https://gyazo.com/1dce0813fb6651a658136b3b495ce85c)
— Scrolling sometimes gets stuck on the front layer so you end up scrolling the back layer which you’ll see “moving” through the 3px transparent gap.
## Improvements:
— Increase all input field font sizes to minimum 16px so you don’t trigger the annoying auto-focus zoom where we have to zoom out every time we’re finished typing.
— Remove the widget’s border radius on mobile devices so we don’t get those white corners. (Screenshot: https://gyazo.com/8d99ea78c4d356283351d53baedb4d31)
— When an article is open on mobile, the top part of the widget takes up way too much screen space. Combined with the bottom part, you have slightly less than half the total screen to actually read the content.
When viewing an article, I suggest removing the top part completely and putting two floating “Search” and “Ask” icon buttons instead (perhaps in the top right).

I have already assigned our Dev team to work on these and fix 'em in the next update. So, no worries. The problem seems to exist on Safari browser however. You can try out the Google Chrome one and it should be fine. Regardless, we will work on it.
About the Improvements, the border radius can be removed and font size can be changed. But I was unalbe to find this issue from our end: When an article is open on mobile, the top part of the widget takes up way too much screen space. Do you have a screenshot of this so that I can check properly? About the Form, thank you for the suggestion. It looks nice.

#1. You can already use shortcodes within Oxygen builder, it works, well tested. However we have the plan to add elements like Elementor, will add to our roadmap.
#2. We already have Ajax search and it supports widget, shortcode and Elementor widget too. Please check.
#3. It's compatible with WPML. I hope it will work with other multilingual plugins too. Let me know if you face any issue.

Q: Could you consider "simplifying / cleaning up" the breadcrumb structure, now it doesn't show the area you are ...
at, plus it has messy long title on it, really hard UX.
So instead of:
Home > Docs > How to Configure Analytics to Evaluate the Performance of Your Knowledge Base?
It should be:
Home > Docs > Configurations
Much cleaner and not messy UIX. Plus it makes sense to show the main category.

Q: Hi, Seems great product, here are couple of questions: 1.
Could you add Oxygen to your roadmap for voting? Needs customization like Elementor & BD.
2. Do you have ajax search on roadmap, so that when you type something to search bar it will search as you type (with live dropdown or os)
3 Does BD support Translatepress, Polylang or WPML so we can create docs for multiple languages? Translatepress would be preferred one.

Hope you are doing well.
#1. You can already use shortcodes within Oxygen builder, it works, well tested. However we have the plan to add elements like Elementor, will add to our roadmap.
#2. We already have Ajax search and it supports widget, shortcode and Elementor widget too. Please check.
#3. It's compatible with WPML. I hope it will work with other multilingual plugins too. Let me know if you face any issue.

Thanks for your answers, somehow I only manage to get 2 shortcodes to function with Oxygen, Search and Feedback. Any suggestions how can I get the rest working?
