My goal is to use Bhuman persona to do handle my support via email. One of the things that is big that I would like it to do is do my sales follow ups automatically, can be Bhuman send lead nurture my emails for prospects automatically without me linking it to a integration?

Q: Why are the Widget settings for my persona, not saving and automatically switching back to default?
I recently purchased tier 3 which includes the video chat. Here I wanted to mention that when changing these settings for my persona under the sharing tab, The changes I made are not being saved and automatically moved to the default settings. It's not happening on all the personas, just a few. Heres a short clip showing this: https://screenrec.com/share/6eoYKFwV9M
Hopefully this is an easy fix for you guys....

Ok just checked, it's strange but it seems this is happening just to your account. However here's a quick easy fix:
1. make the changes you want in the settings, then click off the window 2. before opening the window again, refresh the page 3. now you'll see the changes have been saved
Thanks, go ahead and log in. Those still having this issue are "Don Ricardo" and "La Gemela". Try changing the language to Spanish with those. I'll try the fix you suggested for my own use. The challenge is communicating this to prospects and having them close all their open windows. It would be nice if something could make the changes automatic, like other personas that do save automatically...
Q: Login Page and UI Improvements
Has your team improved the initial login page and overall UI?
I found the login page / sales page underwhelming (the cartoon avatars do not feel professional imo) and the UI is confusing and difficult to navigate. Honest feedback - I felt a bit lost.
I love what you are doing but I’d like to hear more about improvements concerning the user experience. thank you
A: Hi, I think you're referring to the default profile pictures, the emojis? You can make ultrea-realistic Persona's, those are just the defaults before you set up your Persona.
