Q: Access to previous software purchase

Welcome back! I purchased Tier 5 of your software when you were on the platform previously, which was the highes tier at the time. However, Im unable to get access to my software license. Can you provide me with instructions on how to get access to my software license? I would like to navigate within the software to see if I should upgrade to Tier 6 before the price increase.
