PSBoyceQ: Upgrading from Tier 2 to Tier 3
I want to upgrade from an existing Appsumo Tier 2 to Tier 3
I have two questions.
1/ I want to upgrade to Tier 3, how do I do that, do I just purchase another Single?
2/ I purchased Tier 1 on Mon, Apr 10, 2023 then upgraded to Tier 2 Oct 17, 2023, however, my account says it is now back down to Tier 1. At some point, I was downgraded.
I really want to get to a Tier 3 before this sale ends. I may want to upgrade from 2 to 5 as well if you can tell me what i need to do for both upgrades from 2 and what we need to do to get my current status fixed. Thank you

If there's any issue I'd be happy to manually upgrade you to Tier 3 following your upgrade here on AppSumo. I am confused. Are you saying I still have to pay the FULL Tier 3 price to upgrade to Tier 3 even though I already have Tier 2 ? - Thank you in advance for any direction.
Just reach out to BHuman support first to restore to tier 2 on their end. Then, go to your AppSumo account settings > Product > search for BHuman > Actions > Change Plan. From here you can make your upgrade selection.
It’s possible you can upgrade without reaching out to them first since your AppSumo purchase would activate the higher tear anyway. It’s your call –though I doubt they will respond in time before prices go up. I think Dan was saying that if the upgrade does not go through properly that they would give you a complementary upgrade.
