Q: Getting "Invalid Link" with link ending in media file (.mp4)
In the table preview, why does my URL link say "Link" instead of the complete URL from my CSV? Now I keep getting error messages: "Invalid link found for 'cpvmy8' background (row 1). Please make sure all URLs point to a valid image/video file (.png, .jpg, .mp4, .webm...)"
I literally import the CSV with the complete URL spelled out ending in .mp4, but when it uploads into BHuman, the Table Preview converts the URL to say "link" (it's hyperlinked too). And then I get error messages when I select "Generate Video".
How can I resolve this?

I sent over the email and then I got an auto-response from your persona to go to your website and chat with the chatbot.
I did that, but got no results.
It took more than 15 minutes to look for a "free agent" so I ended the chat.
