Q: Unsure on use case.
The app is listed as whitelabeled, but the pricing doesn't decrease very rapidly as you purchase more seats and caps out at 10. I guess I am still interested in potentially using this for myself, but I would have a much larger use for putting this in place for my clients. What defines a "user"?
If I am having one of my clients named "Pam" record a video, and using her video for an email campaign that I am handling for her, and I have another client named "Mark" also record a video for a different email campaign that I am handling for him, and neither of them need access to the platform outside of recording the original video; Is that "1" user (me) or "2" (Pam and Mark)? Thanks!
