Avoid BHuman – Unreliable Products, Deceptive Practices, and Endless Excuses
I strongly advise against investing in BHuman's products due to my overwhelmingly negative experience with both their AI Studio and Persona applications.
BHuman AI Studio: After purchasing, it took over 18 hours to set up my account—a delay that is unacceptable for any service. Once I finally gained access, the software was riddled with bugs, making it practically unusable. Despite its potential, the execution falls drastically short, and I’ve received no meaningful support to address these issues.
BHuman Persona: Hoping for a better experience, I decided to try their Persona application. Unfortunately, history repeated itself. It has been well over 18 hours since my purchase, and I still don’t have access. Despite numerous promises that the issue would be resolved quickly—ranging from “within the hour” to “by the end of the day”—nothing has been delivered. With the weekend here, I’m now left waiting until Monday at the earliest.
Update: At this point, I have exchanged over 50 emails with Don Bosco or his AI persona, and the only thing consistent about this process is the stream of lies and broken promises. While I know from these interactions that Don’s AI persona is working—proving the software is functional—it seems impossible for me to have the same experience.
From what I’ve seen, Don has set up his own persona to work so efficiently that it likely allows him the freedom to travel, play, and do whatever he pleases—all while leaving paying customers stranded without the products or support they were promised. It’s as if the entire system exists to benefit him, while the rest of us are left with nothing but frustration and regret.
In a last-ditch effort, I reached out to Don on his Discord channel, where he was active. Several hours later, I’m still waiting for a reply. The silence speaks volumes about their lack of care for paying customers.
The consistent delays, false assurances, and lack of accountability have severely impacted my business during a critical period. This company does not value its customers or their time, and their actions are, in my view, fraudulent and deceiving.
In summary: BHuman's products are plagued with delays, technical issues, and deceptive practices. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. There are better, more reliable alternatives on the market that won’t leave you feeling scammed and betrayed.

What bugs are you referring to? Can you please state one?
What stream of lies? Can you be specific?
What are you talking about waiting for a reply? I reply to everyone on Discord every day. Everyone in our Discord group is really happy and we just had a really nice discussion yesterday. So what are you talking about?
This feels like a nasty hit piece. I don't know why you are so personally angry against me. For the last few years I literally give my life - almost every waking hour - to making this platform better. We live stream for 2 hours Monday - Friday just to help users like you. Nobody else does that.
Please state any lie you have accused me of or, or revise this review to be specific and civil. The review page is to discuss specific findings like bugs, quality issues, etc. Not personally and baselessly attack me.
EDIT - Jason joined our office hours and we cleared his confusion up. He thought he was talking to me but in fact he was talking to my Persona chatbot. I guess that goes to show how real they seem! In any case, he's really excited to dive into the platform now, we're on good terms, and I've asked him to revise the review.
