CAMPAIGNS PERMANENTLY LOST... TIERS DOWNGRADED... WIDESPREAD ISSUES... 👎

The BHuman platform experienced a significant data loss incident about 5 months ago that very few Sumonlings were aware of until only a couple of days ago. Yet most users still don’t know about it because it is not being communicated properly. What makes this worse is that it only came to light because of a review from June that the founder waited to respond to 5 months later! Our reviews are important and should be valued. So why is the founder and his team not reading or responding to any reviews or complaints after a campaign ends? This clearly shows that Sumolings are an afterthought to them.

So rather than adequately investigating the impact of this incident on our accounts and notifying us when it happened, the founder instead chose to wait for users to discover the effects of this data loss on their own months later. Now, all my previously saved campaigns are permanently lost with hours of my time wasted and with no apology from anyone. Even the sample welcome campaign that was initially included with our accounts doesn’t work anymore. Oddly, this widespread data loss incident still has not been posted anywhere to notify users. Based on other reviews and posted questions, it seems to have impacted a large number of accounts.

One of the other negative impacts of this incident is that several AppSumo users, including myself, were downgraded abruptly and without notice. To add insult to injury, the founder stated he was not aware of this issue even though users were clearly reaching out to his support team to get this resolved. However, even when he was aware that campaigns were lost as a result of the data loss incident, we never received an email or any kind of communication to notify us of the potential impact on our accounts. Why? Even if we had a couple of campaigns saved or running, why don't these lost campaigns matter enough to be notified? Their team has done nothing to make up for these lost campaigns, other than make excuses.

In short, dealing with awful support, and then a founder who isn’t proactively communicating with users and deflects responsibility in addressing critical issues makes this experience 10x worse and the reason BHuman will continue to struggle on this platform.

Hello, this was an error from AWS which took out platform offline for ~48 hours, and we restored all user data possible, in working with AWS. This took place months ago. In 4+ years of operating, we only had this issue once, and it was an issue from AWS. We did restore all the user data we were able to which AWS provided. We have since migrated away from AWS to prevent it from happening again, which 6+ months later it thus far has not.
