Great Concept, But Early Stage
I really like the concept of the app and I think that it will make a huge impact on my businesses in the future. However, I feel like it is still a little half-baked. This started out with the login process which requires that you enter your email address and then they will email you a code to login. I had to do this several times and was a bit confused. In fact, I wasn't even sure that I had properly redeemed my codes. This may seem petty, but it was aggravating to me.
Once inside, it is not particularly easy to figure out how to actually make a video. Also, there is very little in terms of walkthroughs to assist with this. I found myself reaching out to support when I could have instead been reviewing video walkthroughs that took me step by step through my first campaign.
When I finally figured out how to upload and train my voicemodel, I clicked to create and it just went on and on for 20 minutes without rendering any videos. I thought that I had to stay on the screen so I just left it there. It wasn't until I reached out to support and they suggested that I "refresh" did it finally finish.
Once it did, I was confused as to how to actually view my videos. I had to again reach out to them to figure out where they were. It turns out that I had to scroll along the webpage based csv file to find them.
Last, the mouth movement was very animated and seemed almost cartoonish. This was extremely obvious and I doubt that it will trick anyone into believing that it was my mouth. However, I realize that this is being worked on and a release is coming to make them more "life-like". I'll happily await.
I don't mean to "beat up" on the product. I gave it 4 tacos because it is a fantastic concept and a game changer. I can tell that in future releases all of the video issues with my mouth will be resolved and I'll be increasing my sales conversions 4 fold. If the creators are able to innovate like this, I think the sky is the limit as to what they'll eventually create. I'll happily await. However, I would really like to see the user experience vastly improved.

May 9, 2024Hi! Firstly, thanks very much for the rating and explaining your feedback despite hearing that you haven't had the best experience. To address your points one by one:
1. Login - we use Stytch for login which sends a code to your email, instead of you having a password. This is the most secure form of login and ensures your data is as safe as possible. You just need to enter the code from your email into the box on our website once, and you're done forever.
2. We have over a hundred help & how-to articles at our help center (https://docs.bhuman.ai/en), over 80 videos on our YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@BHuman), a step by step interactive check-list on the platform itself (https://app.bhuman.ai/apps/ai-studio/?intercom_checklist_id=31788562), and weekly live streams where you can ask questions with myself, the founder (https://www.linkedin.com/company/bhuman-ai/events).
As you can see creating helpful content is our #1 priority! I'm assuming you missed these? Let me know if you think the content is not helpful, that feedback is also good to know!
3. Regarding not knowing where to go in the user experience, I think following some of the onboarding videos would've made it all crystal clear.
4. Regarding the bad render quality, I want you to know that believability is a #1 priority for us. You can make videos that look real (many users are as we speak) but it requires you follow the guidelines. Now I can't see your videos, so I don't know, but seeing that you did not find the help content, I'm assuming you missed the guidelines for filming as well, which are super crucial for the AI to do good processing.
With all that said, thanks so much for your support and believing in us in the long term. It really means a lot! I hope you can dig into some of the content and give it another shot when you get a chance.
