Hey watch4 — fair criticism. For a long stretch, BHuman’s workflow and ease of use did not keep pace with the strength of the original idea. The honest context is that we hit serious limits in our original generation stack and moved most of the team onto rebuilding it. That rebuild took far longer than expected, while usability and support fell behind.
