Save Your Time and Money: Avoid Bhuman
I purchased Bhuman the last time it was featured on Appsumo, and it has been a highly disappointing experience.
As an example, recently, the service was completely offline for three days, with the team blaming AWS for the entire 3-day downtime.
When the product finally came back online, ALL of my campaigns, videos, and data had been deleted—everything was gone!
What did Bhuman say about this? Nothing.
There has been no communication from Bhuman during or since the downtime, nor any apology for deleting all of my data.
Since the outage, when I repeatedly attempted to upload my videos again, the process hung indefinitely, with nothing processing. This has always been an ongoing issue with Bhuman.
When you contact Support, they will always need to pass the issue on to the Dev Team, after which there is never any update or reply.
With unresponsive support and a disappointing product, you can spend hours using this software and end up with no results.
I suggest reading the reviews on the original listing if you are considering a purchase.
For now, I would advise against purchasing Bhuman. It's definitely a "not buy" in its current state.

Nov 20, 2024Hi, there was indeed communication on this front and we apologized profusely for it, and spent a lot of resources recovering the lost data of the users we could do so for. There was a data loss with AWS some months ago and the platform was down for 3 days as we worked with the AWS team to recover as much as possible. This has, for months now, been resolved and the platform is working without issue. We have additionally taken steps to secure regular data backups so this situation cannot happen again.
