The app and its features are really intuitive, and that’s the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars. However, the syncing between PC and mobile doesn’t work or work very slow. I created a script on my PC, but it never appeared in the app, so I had to email it to myself just to get it pasted to teleprompter.
After that, I spent time adjusting the teleprompter, but the final video wasn’t synced — my voice and lips and video were completely not syncronised:( . I ended up wasting about 30 minutes and got a poor result.
Great usability, but the core functionality needs serious improvement. 2 stars.

Edit: After multiple contacts and 11 days, I finally received a prompted response that read "This is an ongoing issue, and our team is actively working on resolving it. In the meantime, we recommend trying to record using a different device or through the web on your computer as a temporary workaround."

So, if you see this big guy walking around holding up his laptop computer as a camera, move along--nothing to see.

Consistent error message: "Issue with the Camera. We encountered an issue accessing your device's camera. By clicking 'Try Again,' we will automatically attempt to resolve this using different camera option."

Multiple (measured in 10's) attempts, un-installed/reinstalled twice. Simply doesn't work.

Reached out, crickets.

Left a google marketplace review, they responded immediately (on the review site), and I reached out again.

Crickets.

Wanted it to work, it doesn't. And there's no "they" there.

I was initially quite pleased with the teleprompter functionality and the options to adjust it. However, any additional features require payment, and the costs are quite high. I decided to purchase the add-on to create my twin avatar, which worked well, and I was happy with the outcome. Unfortunately, the package only includes 15 video minutes, and the instructions provided were unclear—especially since English isn't my first language. As a result, I accidentally "wasted" 7 minutes creating a Santa Claus avatar.

As a small business owner, it's simply not feasible for me to spend around $100 just to buy additional credits for creating videos. Unfortunately, customer support was not helpful in resolving these issues. In hindsight, I regret purchasing BIGVU and would not recommend it or buy it again.

I’ve been using BigVu for awhile now however lately it has been extremely slow and glitchy on the web version. Very frustrating. Is there an issue?
