Q: Support email (CNAME and SSO)
'Your message wasn't delivered to help@binder.so because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email'. Please can you provide a support email?
I want to discuss CNAME (whether it is provided in Tier 4) and SSO (whether this is provided in any Tier).

Mar 18, 2025A: Hi! CNAME is provided as part of tier 5 plans.
While we support SSO, it's not part of any appsumo plans at the moment, and is a separate add-on.
