I havent come across OkaySend before but based on my quick research from their website it seems to be a different product from Binder. OkaySend seems to be a solution to "collect" documents from your clients where as Binder allows you to share documents with your clients, so kinda reverse. Having said that in Binder we will be launching a "File request" feature soon that will allow you to collect documents form your clients using a branded link and data room as well :)
