I don't even know what to do. The whole thing is a ghost town. I had high hopes and they seem to even have abbandoned social media and their blog that never ever had a single post. Shame...and I paid a lot for this.

I purchased Binder.so with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

The main issue I encountered was when using the service to share a PDF file. All hyperlinks embedded in the PDF were removed upon viewing. This completely defeats the purpose of using it as a lead magnet, especially when I need to include links to my website or contact forms inside the document. Without working links, it’s unusable for marketing or client interaction.

Another major problem is the “Mail Merge Links” feature, which is supposed to carry visitor information from a newsletter into the Binder system for contact tracking. This feature simply does not work at all.

Worst of all, I tried to reach out to customer support multiple times over several weeks and received no response whatsoever. There seems to be no way to get help or any kind of assistance.

I regret that I tested the product only three months after purchase—otherwise, I would have immediately asked for a refund. I absolutely do not recommend this product. It’s a broken tool with non-functional features and no support. I’m genuinely surprised this even made it onto AppSumo among other high-quality tools.

Was really wanting to like this product but the signature that you get does not come up as certified when opening in any PDF reader which just misses the whole point if this is its only function. Support was also not great at following up. Fix your core product feature and you might have a viable product.

The limited file types supported made this product useless for my needs. Requested the file type needed be added, but there was no action taken after long periods of time.

So many bugs, and no support, render it useless. I have reached out multiple times, to the email and in the chat. Email given apparently does not exist, so undeliverable, chat just says it’s connecting… for weeks. Chat emails open “can’t open page”.

Such an amazing idea and had hoped to keep it, but bugs endless, and obviously there’s no support to make it function. I will update the review if I ever actually hear from Binder and it functions.
