The pop over does not display and the embedded links are dead on MacOS Mojave, as evidenced by my site and Birdseed's site. I have not tested on Catalina. Still not fixed after identifying to support many weeks ago, support has been responsive though. What other OS/browsers does this not work on? Hard to have confidence in this app.
I bought this a while back with 3 codes to get an agency account so I can use it on multiple sites I own. I didn't install it until a couple of days ago and I've been pulling my hair out ever since.
1. Adding an Event doesn't work as it should. I was told (through the support ticket) to refresh the page after hitting save. That alone tells you it's buggy. BUT refreshing the page doesn't matter because when I hit save it takes me back to the main Event page. 2. Adding an Event also doesn't work as it should for adding form fields. 3. Scheduling a meeting is even worse. First of all, it doesn't sync with my calendar. I don't know if it's because I'm using 3 accounts connecting to the same Google Calendar but it doesn't sync for any of the accounts. It shows time slots on days when I've booked myself busy (out of the office). It also shows time slots that don't match the time slots I set up for my office hours or for that particular event. 4. The call back feature shows in the dashboard as a missed call before the time has run out. In fact it shows up as a missed call and an active conversation, whereas it's neither a missed call OR an active conversation. It's a request to call back. 5. The Live chat seems to work as I've tested as myself contacting myself. However, the chat transcript that is emailed has a HUGE Birdseed logo on the top and the support email address for Birdseed. To me, the chat transcript should be branded to the company that the person was chatting with and the email should be the support email of the same company. 6. The Contact Form works but shows up in my inbox with the subject "New Message", which doesn't really say much and I suspect will eventually get flagged as spam. 7. The Email Capture / Newsletter results in an email sent to me with the subject "New Registration" but then what do I do -- manually add it to my email list? If I click on the link in that email, I go to a dashboard (presumably the one that matches the website the form was on) but NO, it's another account's dashboard!!! 8. FAQs seems easy enough to set-up
This app really excited me, which is why I stacked 3 deals. I'm not very excited any more and I hope all these bugs get ironed out quickly or else it's useless.
This app is incredibly promising but we continue having issues with the chat dropping before we can even take the chat. From there, the customer's information is completely dropped and changed to "John Doe" and the message reads "some feedback" instead of retaining the message from the customer. The email of the customer also seems to disappear rendering the solution useless.

They have a Schedule Meeting Tool which only works with Google Calendar (and I wont use Google Anything) B U T ... with custom links, I've been able to set up an engagement link over to my Book Like A Boss Page or meeting type - so I'm quite happy with that. Also with the Chat Tool, the ability customize the the custom questions and fields works the best I've seen. But there are plenty of bugs and problems so here's what I've discovered in a short time: 1. The Birdseed widget doesnt work on mobile browsers. If I visit my own site on Android Phone or Tablet - no widget displays. Thats a problem when more than 50% of traffic is mobile - no widget = no chat, no engagement and missed opportunities. 2. On my desktop browser, I've got an add and popup blocker - Popup Blocker = No Birdseed Widget. Web have no idea theres a chat or engagemnt widget when the ad blocker is on, and therefore dont know to turn it off in order to engage with the site owner. 3. There are standardized engagement video inviting visitors to engage with each tool. These videos are meant to be user replaceable with Youtube or Vimeo videos, but they dont work - I've been told that is a known issue that will be addressed but no time frame has been given. I can live with that and have just removed all the standarized videos
But the big problems for me are no widget on Desktop with Ad / Pop Up blocker and No widget on Mobile Browser.
I've marked my calendar for 58 days and if these issues are not fixed by then I'll have no choice but to request a refund. In the meantime, the widget is useless because at least 75% of visitors wont even see the engagement tool so I'll be using a different tool for the next 59 days and maybe there after.

Certainly we have things to continue to improve upon, but am glad that you find value in some parts of BirdSeed currently. As we address some of your concern in the next few weeks, I wanted to mention a few things you included in your review:
The tool is great on desktop! However it can’t be used on mobile, as the mobile users get stuck and can’t navigate. The support team told me it would be solved in a few days, however 2 weeks later they don’t reply anymore and I feel less and less confident.
Another thing is that it would be great if the chat would only show if the agent is online.

Since I don't know who you are or what the ticket is, it's hard for me to know what you are referring to exactly.. do you mean visitors viewing from a mobile phone, user logged into the admin of BirdSeed or our mobile app? I am not sure what we would have promised that isn't done, but we definitely take our support...

Buggy - very very buggy!

Potential With Plenty of Problems
