Hi I just installed this on my WordPress. Is this not a AI chat widget to use on the website? Like a chat prompt? I know it connects chat with other apps, but specifically I'm wanting to use this as an AI Chat bot on my website, and as a second option, all the other apps. Please help, thank you.

Hi, the live chat messenger channel is removed and now we have only messenger now, you just have to add the Facebook username and it will take to your Facebook messenger.

Also Bit Assist uses third party platforms integration for live chat too. You can use Tawk.to, tidio, Intercom for live chat which is integrated in Bit Assist.
