Q: hi, I used your other app bitintegration, and it's quite useful, so I'm testing this apps as well, could you help clarify some questions ?
I tried the free one :
1. does the text "by Bit Assist" text disappear on pro version? because on the free version it always appear when I click the button.
2. could I create custom link and/or custom icon? I understand this is a new product, but currently there's only a few channel that I use, and it will be way easier if I could add custom link & icon,
3. could you compare this to boei? it was on appsumo as well. I was interested in it before, and for the unlimited it's cheaper than this. and it provides very similar function.

1. Yes, we will have option to remove it in the next update.
2. Thank you for sharing the idea. I will discuss this with my team.
3. Boei is SAAS application but Bit Assist is a WordPress plugin. About the price, SAAS application with everything unlimited and cheap price has it's risk. We see SAAS application getting abandoned every month.
For example, I think they don't have file upload field in custom form, now if they want to bring it will cost them extra. But in Bit Assist we will introduce file upload in the next update.
Another notable features I missed is, it is mainly a WordPress plugin. But if it is installed in a WordPress you can use it in external website/landing page also.

thank you for your answer, is it possible to update it here when it supports the custom link?
currently the use case for me is I want to put links to the marketplace url of my shop, and there is a few of them. So no.2 is a crucial feature in my use case.
We will study the possibility and if possible we will add it.
