Q: Office Hours for Channels
I know you have a setting to set Office Hours for when the widget appears... but can we do this for each of the "channels"? Like can I always have access to WhatsApp, Messenger and FAQ but only have Live Chat show up during office hours? If not now- is this on your roadmap?

Yes, this can be done. Please go to Settings, enable Business Hours, and set your business hours. Then, for each channel you wish to hide after business hours, click the edit icon for the channel and turn on the "Hide after office hours" box. After this, the selected channels will automatically be hidden outside your set business hours.
