Simple but flexible enough. Setup chat exactly per client need in less than 5 minutes. Has GDPR setting which is a must. Has web hook feature which can be used with ease with its own bifform plugin or bit integration or with 3rd part tool supporting webhooks (I have KonnectZIT).

I have used biftorms and it is a very fine product and excellent support and documents.
