WHen I first looked at this deal, I was a little unsure if or how I would use it. I thought it was going to be be just another chatbot which I didn't want. I watched the tutorials that they have and asked asome questions to support staff and I was blown away at what I could actually use this for.
My next concern was customization. I wanted to be able to change colors or even the little guy. You can do all of that so I can make him the little pink robot that I designed. Now I normally hate those chat things at the bottom of the website but after working with this, I love the potential that it has. I like that I can do an FAQ or have instructions listed right on the page in a little popup. This is going to prove very valuable when it comes to sales pages and keeping people on the page.
This is definitely worth the money. I also bought bit forms and after checking out their other products, I'd love to see the other "bit" products come to AppSumo.
Another thing that I really liked as well, is how helpful support was and how they were quick to answer. I got busy and couldn't respond to one of their inquiries and they actually checked in on me to see if I was taken care of. Most other places would just close the ticket. Definitely is worth it to me! I'm looking forward to using this plugin in more ways than I'm probably expecting to!
