Hey, have you fixed the mobile upload issues reported by the previous AppSumo user? Also, is BitForm back in the WordPress plugin directory? Since contact forms can be an entry point for malicious activity, it’s important that the plugin stays up to date.

I've looked at the support documents. I've tried emailing. I've tried contacting live chat. I've gotten no response.

Advanced file upload only works on desktop. It doesn't work on mobile and tablet. When a customer fills out my form on mobile and tries to take a photo to attach with their phone, the app just does not have an upload file field showing up. It just shows the label of the field and that's it. Is this a beta feature that isn't supposed to work yet?

I'm trying to use this form to have some documents uploaded that I can then retrieve via the API, since the submission triggers a workflow in Zapier. I can't find any documentation in the API that explains how to do that. Can you please tell me how to retrieve the uploaded documents via API?

Is it possible to hide the submit button once bitform is submitted? e.g. we send client an email to sign a project quotation, once they sign it we want the button to disapear (it does not have to be a button, but we dont want them to sign twice). currently, some of them go back to the email and click the link again and sign for the second time. their link is uniquie because theres a quotation number. so, say the quotation number can only be submitted once and lock it. is this possible?

I see that you have a Twilio addon and I was wondering if I can set a mobile number verification in the form where a visitor comes and fills the phone number field, he then gets an OTP in his phone and only after entering it, the form will submit. Do you have this functionality by any chance ?
