Absolutely the best. The dark horse of WordPress form plugins, and go check-out Bit-Flows its INSANE!

I'm absolutely in LOVE with everything that Bitapps.pro has been building.

I've since bought maxed-out plans for all of their WordPress Plugins, which includes Bit-Form here. I've been working in WordPress for 20 years now and Bit-Form BY FAR is my absolute favorite.

I honestly own almost all other major form plugins and I've worked with each of them for years, so I'm saying from experience that Bit-Form is currently the best-fit for me, and you'll likely love it as well.

The BitApps Team (the devs behind Bit-Form) are always fast to respond to any questions whether its sales-related or technical support, and they're friendly and provide expert-level and highly-professional responses.

The plugins get frequent feature-updates and patches, and I had zero issues moving into WordPress 7.0 on day 1.

BitApps also develops Bit-Integrations and Bit-Flows, two plugins of which I could not go without now.

Ever wonder how to easily and almost instantly link-together what would normally be incompatible plugins and webhook information that is moving around your Wordpress site, AND ALSO include Zapier-like or n8n-like integration, all within your own WordPress website without even slowing your site down? Enter Bit-Flows.

This Bit-Form plugin seamlessly integrates and sends data into several other WordPress and 3rd party tools, but Bit-Form ALSO can connect natively to another plugin known as Bit-Integrations which then connects with a ton of other critical SaaS platforms and other WordPress 3rd-Party plugins with one app at a time or one action-at-atime typically...

HOWEVER with the Bit-Flows plugin, you can literally take one action on your website, including a Bit-Form submission, and then trigger as many actions and integrations that you could possibly imagine within your own WordPress website, or with other external 3rd-party SaaS platforms and providers..its literally a Zapier or Pabbly for your own self-hosted website!

The customization within Bit-Form is guaranteed to help you create beautiful forms that easily match your website's design, its intuitive to learn how to use the form-builder with just spending a little time playing around with it.

When you factor-in all of the WordPress plugins and 3rd-party services that Bit-Forms natively integrates with, AND factor-in the other BitApps plugins like Bit-Flows which offers the most insane WordPress integration and automation, and even the very cool BitAssist plugin which is a native Ai chatbot on your site...you can't go wrong.

I can't even begin to think about building another Wordpress site without Bit-Form or without Bit-Flows, and I'm not joking.

I recommend Bit-Form 110% to anyone and everyone with a WordPress site. You cannot go wrong with this purchase, and I wish the BitApps Team the absolute best...I need you folks to stick around forever and to flourish and build even more incredible WordPress apps.

The only feature-request I have for Bit-Form would be to please add a pop-up form feature. However, in the meantime I got the plugin named PopupKit, and I have all of its fields mapped to my Bit-Flows plugin perfectly in order to have a nice newsletter-signup pop-up form on my website and sending the data to my Noptin Newsletter plugin.

Thanks again for the world-class WordPress plugins! A++++!

Close to Perfect

This is really a great tool and close to perfect. But there is one super annoying thing for us in the USA, country codes.

The phone number field should allow you to disable all country codes with a single click, or not have country codes in the pattern.

I don't want to have to setup a number field with a custom Regex. I want to be able to have like XXX-XXX-XXXX

Additionally the phone number box should not let you type more than the numbers allowed in your mask pattern.

I think small things like this, will make it more mass appeal for those in the states.

Simple, and it works!

I work with Elementor, and for basic forms I usually rely on the Elementor Form widget. For more advanced and slightly more complex use cases, however, I prefer BitForm. I’m simply a big fan of drag-and-drop systems and strongly dislike outdated solutions like Contact Form 7.
With a bit of research and thanks to the clear tutorials on their website and YouTube, I was up and running quickly. The fact that they offer a Mollie integration is a big plus. Surprisingly, many other form builders don’t support this. Their support team is also quite responsive and helpful. (But they can respond a little quicker if you ask me)

Hopefully, in the future, they’ll find a way to import contacts from other forms into a BitForm database. Both my clients and I may want to switch from one form builder to another if it turns out to be a better fit. That would be an amazing feature.

I truly hope they continue improving BitForms, and I’m already looking forward to other complementary BitApps, such as BitIntegrations!

Wanted to like it. Just falls short

I've used a lot of contact form plugins previously and found bit forms just before my fluent forms renewal date so seemed perfect to replace it.

The styling and UI need a lot of work, while you can achieve just about anything any other form builder can, it's noticeably slower and more painful. After trying for a while to globally change the input styles just to find the phone field doesn't follow the same global setting and having to change it individually I gave up and manually added CSS to style the form.
Only after wasting enough time on that did I discover the phone field can ONLY receive international number formats and while 90% of my work involves local phone numbers I'd prefer not to use the country code. You can automatically populate the country code via IP, with the use of VPNs this wouldn't be too reliable for my use. So after wasting more time with the phone field I realised the only way to get what I wanted was to ditch the "phone" input for a "text" input configured for "tel" input.

After wasting too much time on styling and formatting the inputs, building email templates, pdf templates, conditional logic to send them and finally have something I wanted to use. I move onto more complicated forms with multi-step and more of a questionnaire appearance. Update the email templates, pdf template, conditional logic etc and finally discover.... it doesn't send.

For some reason it refuses to send any form which was duplicated. I create a new form and it'll send, delete all the fields from the duplicated form, remove the conditional logic, templates and all and it still won't send. No error, no reason just records the entry and no email, no smtp log.

In my current frustration using this plugin I want to give it 1 taco. But being honest I see the potential, it LOOKS like it can really offer competition to plugins like gravity forms and fluent forms. Already offering much more functionality than something like Happyforms (which I still use for smaller projects and while simple, just works). But the frustration and hurdles so far really leaves me with little confidence I can reliably use this on client sites.

the best plugin in a long-long time

As someone who has been in the web development business for a long time, I can say that Bit Form is a breath of fresh air. It is incredibly fast, lightweight, and the UI is so intuitive that it makes complex form-building a breeze.

I’m currently using the Pro version on my latest project, umjetneograde.com, and the integration with Divi 5 is flawless. What sets it apart is the speed — it doesn't bloat the site like most other form builders. The conditional logic and built-in integrations work perfectly, saving me hours of manual work and additional third-party connectors.

If you are looking for a professional, stable, and high-performance form builder that actually respects your server resources, this is it. Best plugin in a long-long time!
