Bit Integrations - Plus exclusive Reviews

The soulution is very good, but the upgrading process is not clear. I bought codes in 2022 and have 50 activation limit. I decided to buy another code in 2024 to increase the limit but nothing changed after I added it to my bit app account. I got information from support that the requirements was changed and now you need more codes to have the limit I already got. For support everything is ok and I didnt received any solution. For me this is not a good business practice. I askes for refund because new code is useless for me.

I initially started looking at integration tools but, as a startup, they were cost-prohibitive. Bit Integrations has been a great alternative. While it doesn't have all the integrations some of the big players do, it has many. And you can create custom integrations with web hooks. Well worth the money.

DropBox Integration Missing Folders - No Reply from Support Team :(

Bit Integrations shows a dropdown list, but only shows a fraction of the folders in our Dropbox. Using a simple dropdown list is not powerful enough because any user could have a plethora of folders in their Drobox.

In our case, your Bit Integrations shows a simple dropdown list with maybe 25% of the total of our DropBox folders, so we are missing 75% percent of our Drobox folders. The result is that we cannot create the integration we need because our necessary folder is not available from your DropDown list.

Canva.com had the same issue, but they quickly fixed by adding a search at the top of their list of DropBox folders.

After several weeks, Bit Integrations still has not fixed this issue, so that leaves our DropBox integration useless.

We have emailed Bit Integrations support many times, but no recent reply from support, and no recent update from Support Team. No recent fix, timeline, or communication on this issue.
