Q: Do you offer any support? No response to email for a week
I have used many integrations in the past and was looking forward to getting started with this, but there was a conflict when installing this alongside one of my plugin, which this is supposed to integrate with. I messaged online and sent an email but no response so the product is not usable as the site claims.
If I dont get a response in the next few days this will be getting a refund.

I want to buy for now only 1 code, but first I want to do the tests in a test environment and then move it to production, can I with only 1 code then make the move from test to production, Thank you.

Hello, I also contacted support via your social thing on your website. I bought another code in this deal and I entered it, but I didn't receive any additional seats probably because I bought my first code in an offer where the lowest tier was 5 pages, and now I ended up with my second code and wasn't upgraded to 50 probably because this is a new campaign. I'm not sure how can we resolve this, and could you please go through your support emails? That would be nice.
And for everybody else, I think the answer here would be about what happens if you mix and match the old AppSumo campaign with the new AppSumo campaign.
Update: I've been now helped by support, and everything is sorted out. Much appreciated and thank you for honouring your early supporters!
