You missed my followup question: Does that mean if i add their @ handle for example "@competitorusername" as a negative keyword, posts from them won't show but if I have "competitor name" as a keyword i will still get the other posts even if the keyword is the same as their username? I noticed your competitor Oct**ens has the feature where you can exclude specific account posts, can you please add this feature?

A: Hi there
Sorry to miss your follow-up question. I think this should possibly work. Compared to Octolens we have a similar feature called "negative keyword" where you can exclude posts that contains the keyword.
Thank you for the suggested feature, I am forewarding this to the product team. Based on their research we will be able to tell you the expected ETA and feasability of this feature....
Can BizReply help me find sports and leisure centers, golf clubs, tennis clubs, paddle clubs, and other sports-related venues—that are struggling with member retention, increasing revenue, And can it help me engage with these clubs by responding to their questions? As I am offering services to sports venue owners. How will this work?

A: Hi there!
BizReply can help you find these sports and leisure centers, but it will depend on the keyword you use, for example, if you use keywords that these sports related centres usually use in their post. BizReply will be able to find those posts.
You can engage with these clubs by responding to their posts, either manually or using our AI generated response that will be in context to the...
Can it exclude posts fetching from specific social accounts? For example, if i am targeting a competitor name as a keyword I would not want posts from their social profile that mention the keyword?
Thanks

A: Hi there!
Yes, you can exclude posts from your competitors site. Best way is to use their name as a negative keyword, but if you are targetting their name as your own keyword it would become reduandant.
In this case I would suggest perhaps using their username in different social media as a negative keyword, for example for instagram it might be "@competitorusername".

any plan to allow us to analyze the content and time evolution of keywords ? For example we could track what our competitors are posting about, or see how much some keywords are mentioned over time.
I wished there was at least a database that gathers the new findings.
A csv export would be nice as well.
IMHO the subscription is way too expensive if we cannot auto-build, analyze, and export that data. What is your roadmap ? Thank you

Q: No daily auto-report?
I set daily fetching, but I get no daily email giving me a clear view of newly posted content ?
Zawwad_Bizreply
Dec 27, 2025A: Hi there!
If you have daily fetch on, the mentions will automatically fetch daily data in 24 hours interval. All you have to do is log back into Bizreply.
You can also try the instant fetch, if you set the frequency to daily, you will instantly get new set of data.
Hope this helps! Feel free to let us know if you have any other queries! 🚀
