Q: No daily auto-report?

I set daily fetching, but I get no daily email giving me a clear view of newly posted content ?

Q: coming features ?

Hi,

any plan to allow us to analyze the content and time evolution of keywords ?
For example we could track what our competitors are posting about, or see how much some keywords are mentioned over time.

I wished there was at least a database that gathers the new findings.

A csv export would be nice as well.

IMHO the subscription is way too expensive if we cannot auto-build, analyze, and export that data.
What is your roadmap ?

Q: Question about Replies

Hi! I was really excited about the "unlimited replies" but it seems like I have to use my own OpenAI key and pay for each API call through OpenAI. Is that correct? If not, any support with setting this up properly would be greatly appreciated.

Seems like a great tool but if the replies aren't truly a part of it, that really takes the wind out of my sails.....

Q: Tier 3 the Right Tier for granting customer free access

Your software is found her under the filter-criteria "White Label". Actually I have an online-membership about AI. I want to offer the online-community-customer the free usage of BizReply as long as they are in my online-membership. Is the Tier 3 the right one? How does it technically work?
