Can you explain about "One Time Mentions" ? What does it mean? How does it differ with "Keywords" ?

The "one time mentions" credit are the credits that is used up when Bizreply finds you posts using your keywords. Each post found is a mention and a credit used.
While "Keywords" are the keywords that you use to find the posts/mentions.

Q: Can we manually edit AI replies before they publish?
Is it possible to have the AI replies ready, but have a human have a look before they get posted? We'd like to add a human element to the entire process, even though the product can do a lot of the heavy lifting just via automation. Thanks.

Yes absolutely! Our Clients have full freedom in setting their replies how they want, you can generate an AI reply, and within the same framework there is a edit button that helps you edit the same AI reply before you can copy your answer.
Furthermore, if you are not satisfied with the AI reply, you can regenrate it again and edit it again as you wish.
This was previously answered by Zawwad Ul Sami who said the product helps you find relevant social posts with your keywords and generates AI replies (you can use custom prompts). Posting is not automatic — users copy the reply and manually post it — so you can review every reply before it goes live and there are no risks to your social accounts. Hello. I already have tier one (lifetime) from another platform before you were on APPSUMO. How might I upgrade and not have to repurchase tier one again? I fully understand if it is not possible.

webhooks have been requested since day 1 when they launched privately. they dont care for or listen to feedback so i wouldn't hold your breadth on this feature coming.
Sorry to hear you felt this way. We have tried to bring in almost all the features we promised and are now working on version 4 of the application with a better user experience.
In terms of the webhook, we skipped this feature currently as we have focused on making the product more towards a mass organic social media marketing tool instead of only a social media listening tool.
