Hello. I bought BizReply seven days ago, and today I'm sharing my honest thoughts, uh, for using this BizReply. So basically, what happened to me when I installed BizReply and like checked, like have a couple of features, but most of the time I used for mention for my SaaS tool that I am collecting post from Reddit, LinkedIn, Quora, Facebook, everywhere, and then I can, like marketing for my product directly on that. So this is must-have tool for SaaS founder or maybe service agency founder who need to know where your targeted keyword is mentioning, and in that case, you can market yourself in the places. So this is, I can ensure that this is the must-have tool for founder. At the same time their UX is good and user-friendly, so I, I don't need to, like, check with your demo or anything to understand what is the product is. I can easily understand the application, so yeah, it's easy to use for me. Thank you.

Don't sleep on this tool, better than spending money on Facebook ads.

Now is more than 7 months that I'm using this platform everyday, without any particular issue, it does what it say.

The API connection went smooth without any issue, in my case I used the Gemini API.

There are some little bug like the skip button and the mark complete button, where sometimes you can see the same mention even if you skipped the day before, something that don't compromise the experience.

If you need a tool that find the right mention or post with that keyword, than this tool is perfect for you and your need, and you see the result when people start interacting with you comment.

This is very usefull to quickly find relevant post you would like to comment / like in order to attract awardness on your profile / service. Intead of browsing endlessly, I jut go through the list daily and answer some posts. Personnaly I don't even use the IA answer generation. I could eventually test it again, but until now the result weren't good enough. I just write them manually, this is more authentical.

Was looking forward to this purchase, as the product shows exactly what a solopreneurs such as myself is looking for while attempting to stay connected in many channels.

made several attempts to connect my api keys from several LLM's to no avail. No support on site or chat as they are overseas, office hours are off completely. Had to do digging myself since they add no help docs or faq's on site, but even then the youtube channel was limited.

To be able to see the content generated based on my keywords was great, but lacked the functionality because I couldn't generate replies without my api keys.

Hope this gets fixed as it does seem promising.
