TodaysExpertiseQ: BizReply AI Monthly Credits & One Time Replies
Hi,
I bought License Tier 3 and in my account it says 600 BizReply monthly ai replies and 30,000 BizReply AI one-time replies. Please confirm that ai replies are unlimited with BYOK and the limits mentioned are if using BizReply AI model credits not via my own AI model api key?

600 BizReply monthly AI replies are refilled monthly; it uses our own AI service to craft your replies, while the one-time AI replies using your own BYOK are capped at 30,000. The one-time AI replies will use the credits from your own API of LLM, and the 600 monthly BizReply AI replies use our credits. I hope this clears everything up!

That's great that we get 600 monthly replies that use your ai model included but on the Appsumo listing for License Tier 3 it says "AI replies per month are Unlimited" using BYOK, which is one of the main reasons I bought it, please clarify on your previous reply?

Yes, I would like to know this answer also. BYOK CAPPED makes me not buy it, take it out of my cart & build it myself. ;) The MOAT today is getting all the users you can, so you can afford $10-20/mo (1yr from now) w/BYOK and using your UI/UX etc. In 1 yr, IMHO, my 78yr old mother will be able to ONE shot a GHL app that does HER use case (95% of users don't need more than 10% of MSFT WORD).
