Q: Clarifications needed before upgrading /comments / Forum / Credits / etc.

I really appreciate your tool, but I have a few important questions before making a purchase.
- First, I’m a bit disappointed that the number of credits is limited and that none are renewed on a monthly basis.
- Also, while testing the free version, I noticed that for TikTok, the keywords only bring up videos with the term in the title, and for YouTube it’s the same, only titles are scanned.
This makes it less useful for finding "potential leads/prospects".
Do you plan to add a feature in the future that allows keyword searches within comments as well (for all social media)?
- Are there any plans to include forums or blogs posts soon?
- I’d like to track mentions of my brand or website name across social media, but how can I avoid getting notified about my own posts?

Appriciate your questions, I will try to answer them as detailed as possible
-The credits offered usually lasts our customers 5-6 years on average. Your concern is absolutely valid. With the number of credits, we have done extensive research to determine what would be a good number for the lifetime deals. We did not want our customers to run out of credits within a few months and then have to buy more.
-Thank you for this feedback, I am making a note of it and passing this onto the dev team as well as the tech team so that we can implement this right away.
-Yes, we have a plan to include multiple forums soon. It will be launched in one of the upcoming versions. We are unsure about the blog posts, depending on the feasability, but with forums, we are bringing it on soon.
-This is a good question asked by a lot of our customers, what we would suggest is that, you can setup your brand and project as you usually would, and then on the negative keyword, you can use your own name. What this would do is that it will exclude any posts that has your name/negative keyword from being fetched.
